DAY 3 SYDNEY CAIRNS
THALA BEACH RESORT - PORT DOUGLAS
Arrive Sydney early morning
and transfer to your flight to the northeastern coast in the
state of Queensland. Transfer up the coast to Thala Beach Resort
near Port Douglas for three nights in an exclusive luxury haven
with over 2 kilometres of private sandy beach and sheltered coves.
DAY 4 CRUISE TO THE
GREAT BARRIER REEF (OR TAKE A DIVE TRIP)
You'll be transferred
to the departure point in for your cruise to the Great Barrier
Reef. Once at the reef you'll can choose to snorkel, scuba dive,
swim, and observe the coral from a semi-submersible. A sumptuous

DAY 5 THALA BEACH RESORT
DAY OF LEISURE
Enjoy the beach with
uninterrupted views for 110 kilometres, a remarkable vista studded
by coral islands, reefs and mountain ranges. Thala provides the
finer things in life at Osphreys Restaurant . Time to visit nearby
Port Douglas for shopping. Overnight: Thala Beach Resort

6 CAIRNS "ULURU" - AYERS ROCK
Depart your resort today
for the Cairns airport and your flight to Ayers Rock in the Northern
Territory. Later you'll dine under the stars to the sounds of
the haunting didgeridoo, watching a magnificent sunset over Kata
Tjuta. Lanterns are lit and dinner is served under the stars
of the Southern Hemisphere. A resident astronomer will introduce
the constellations, stars and planets of the Southern Hemisphere.

DAY 7 AYERS ROCK
ALICE SPRINGS
You'll enjoy breakfast
and watch the sun rise over Uluru, as the aboriginals call what
we know as Ayers Rock. Tour the base of the rock, with a walk
to Mutitjulu waterhole, where generations of aboriginal have
drunk from the waters. Learn about the aboriginal legends from
cave paintings. Later you'll depart Ayers Rock Resort for Alice
Springs. Overnight: Alice springs B
DAY 8 ALICE SPRINGS
= SYDNEY
Time to tour Alice Springs
in the morning and then depart to the airport for your flight
to Sydney. Transfer to hotel in heart of Sydney. Overnight: Sydney
DAY 9 - SYDNEY
Enjoy a private tour
this morning with driver/guide of the highlights of Sydney. Your
last evening Australia includes dinner aboard a Captain Cook
cruise of the fabulous Sydney harbour. Overnight: Sydney D
DAY 10 SYDNEY - USA
You'll be transferred
to the airport for your departure flight from Sydney to Los Angeles
and arrive home the same day after regaining time crossing the
International Dateline.
